The WIO Software solutions fall into two
categories.
Data Conversion -
If you find yourself
entering data that is already gathered somewhere else, either on a report,
database, spreadsheet, text file, email or web pages, then you will
benefit from the WIO programs. The following are few
examples of how our customers are using our programs and more can be found in

WIO Solutions Page.

Consulting Company
requires its consultants to use an Excel spreadsheet to log their time
spent on clients' projects. The problem is that once the spreadsheets
are collected, the information must be re-keyed into QuickBooks.

Pizza Parlor Restaurant
gets a time clock report with information on the hours for each of their
employees. The problem is that the data must be re-keyed into
QuickBooks.

Service Company gets a
report of checks it must write. All of the information is on the
report but it must be manually re-keyed into QuickBooks.

E-Commerce Company gets
its order on-line, and an email notification is received every time an
order is placed. The problem is they spent a lot of time cutting and
pasting the customer's and order information into their accounting and
shipping programs.
Adding Functionality - If the feature is missing from your
application and you need a separate program that will
deal with this specific issue but be able to bring the data back to your

Dental Clinic uses
QuickBooks for their accounting program and the program does
everything they need with one exception: The way the program prints
the invoice. They need the invoice to show the patients previous
balance, the work done and charges during the visit, any payment
the customer makes, and show the remaining balance the patient owes.

Picture Frame Manufacturer
needs to print labels for each item they receive an order for. The
items ordered are in their accounting program but the program cannot
print the labels they need.

Financial
Institution
has a special requirement when it needs to print the statements at the
end of the month. They require that the statements show
more information that is currently available with their accounting
program. When printing, they require that for each statement, and all
the related invoices be printed as well.
